Service agreements can be long and hard to follow. We check yours against the topics the published NDIS guidance says a good agreement covers.
Upload the service agreement your provider has given you. You get a plain-English summary, a checklist showing which topics it covers and which are missing or unclear, and a list of questions to ask the provider.
Pre-orderPre-orders open now. No payment is taken today. First deliveries from November 2026. Full refund if we can't deliver by the agreed date.
A PDF, Word file or photos of the pages. Add the provider's price list or schedule of supports if you have it.
We look for topics such as: what supports are provided and how, the cost of each support, how the provider is paid, start, end and review dates, how changes and ending the agreement work, and how to make a complaint.
You get a summary, a checklist and draft questions for the provider. You decide what to ask, change or sign.
Participants and families are often handed an agreement and asked to sign quickly. We read it for you against published guidance and turn it into plain questions you can put to the provider. AI helps us draft the summary, and every report is a draft for you to read and question.

No. We compare the agreement with published guidance on what service agreements usually cover and point out gaps and unclear wording. We do not tell you whether to sign. For advice, speak to a disability advocate, a community legal centre or a lawyer.
For registered providers, the NDIS Practice Standards say providers should work with each participant on a service agreement, help them understand it in a way they are most likely to understand, and give them a signed copy where it is in writing. We do not check whether a provider is registered or meets the standards.
